Lawnwater Irrigation offers the following warranty and liability policy on installations:
System shall include a three-year manufacturer's parts warranty, a one-year labor warranty, and first year's service to include; winterization and spring start-up.
Lawnwater will install the irrigation system with all possible care to prevent accidental or incidental damage to existing utilities, grounds, landscaping and plantings. Lawnwater shall not be held liable for any damages to said items real or otherwise as a direct result of the installation and use of the irrigation system. All trenches will be backfilled, leveled and tamped one time during installation. No resodding or seeding is included in the price unless specifically written in quote and initialed by both parties.
Services performed by any persons other than Lawnwater Irrigation, during the warranty period, shall nullify any written or implied warranty.
